This policy explains what information MH HVAC collects when you visit this website or send us a service request through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request service, the form on this site is provided by Jobber, the scheduling software we use to manage service requests. The details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the work you need — go to our Jobber account so we can respond to you.

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person rather than an automated program is submitting it. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — for example, which pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts, the general area a visit comes from, the type of device and browser used, and when someone taps our phone number. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google processes it under its own Privacy Policy. The reports we see are aggregated; they do not tell us who you are. You can opt out of Google Analytics in your browser with Google’s opt-out add-on.

The reviews section on some pages shows our Google reviews through a widget provided by Elfsight, which loads from Elfsight’s servers when you scroll to it. Like any web server, our hosting provider and these services receive standard technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser type.

This site runs no advertising pixel or remarketing tag. If that changes, this policy changes with it.

How we use your information

To respond to your request — to answer a question, schedule a visit or prepare an estimate — and to improve this website. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our business, such as Jobber and Google, or when the law requires it.

Links to other sites

This site links to pages we do not control, including our Facebook, Instagram and Google profiles and the Wisetack financing application. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 773‑882‑2501 or use our contact page.
